Parish Activities

Most of the activities listed in this section depend on the hard work, enthusiasm and skill of individuals.

Some, like CAFOD and Christian Aid, are local branches of national organisations and the local helpers receive help from head office.

Some, like PR and Communications, are best performed by people with experience of performing these jobs in their careers or, like organists, in having training.

Some, like Catechism classes, require qualification and training provided by the Church.

There are some, like Coffee after Sunday Mass or Wednesday Club, which simply require the dedication and energy of willing volunteers. We hope that new people will put their names forward to take part in one or other activity
